How to get to 100?Updated 18 days ago
What does 100 mean?
A score of 100% in Expose > Scoring means every scoring category is fully populated with accurate, verifiable data. In other words, Expose can find the store information, product details, content signals, and storefront setup it needs to generate complete schema across your shop.
INFO
Your progress appears at the top of Scoring as your Overall Agentic Search Score. Scroll down to Categories to see which areas still need work.
How to work towards 100%
1. Complete your brand identity - In Scoring, look for the Brand Identity card. If it is below 100%, click Improve Score.
On the detail screen, Expose shows the schema type causing the gap, such as Organisation. Click Fix missing values to review the missing fields.
Focus on completing your organisation details, including your business address and contact points. In the missing values table, Expose shows each Field, its current Value, its Status, and the Update type.
Use Edit value when the field can be completed directly in Expose.
Use Edit in Shopify when the value comes from your Shopify store settings.
Common gaps here include contact details such as Telephone and Social Profiles.
2. Add FAQs to your store's FAQ page - If you want FAQ schema to appear, add real customer questions and answers to your store's FAQ page. This helps Expose detect structured FAQ content that supports your store's visibility in AI-driven shopping and search experiences.
Make sure your FAQ content is published on the storefront page customers can visit, not just drafted internally.
3. Complete your product information - Your Products category depends on complete product data. Make sure your products include:
Product names
Descriptions
Images
SKUs
Pricing
If product information is missing or incomplete in Shopify, Expose may not be able to generate complete product schema, which can prevent a perfect score.
4. Enable Expose in your theme - Even if your values are complete in the app, you still need to enable the Expose storefront output in your Shopify theme.
Open the Shopify Theme Editor, then:
Open the app embeds icon
Find Expose
Turn on the Expose slider
This allows Expose to publish the schema it has prepared for your storefront pages.
WARNING
If the Expose app embed is not enabled, your storefront may not publish the schema even if your score inside the app looks complete.
5. Review the scoring breakdown regularly - Return to Scoring at any time to see exactly what still needs attention.
Each category card shows one of two actions:
View Scoring when that category is already complete
Improve Score when Expose has found missing or incomplete values
Open the category detail page to see the schema types included in that score and use View schema if you want to inspect what Expose is generating.
What to check first
If you want the quickest path to 100%, start with the categories that are not yet complete in Scoring. In many stores, the fastest improvements come from filling in missing Brand Identity details and checking for incomplete product information.
TIP
Use the Improve Score button on the lowest-scoring category first. A small number of missing fields can sometimes unlock a noticeable score increase.
Quick FAQ
Q. Does 100% mean my store is perfect?
A. It means Expose has found complete data across all of its scoring categories and can verify the information needed for strong schema coverage.
Q. Can I see exactly what is missing?
A. Yes. Open Scoring, then click Improve Score on any category below 100%. Expose shows the missing fields and whether to use Edit value or Edit in Shopify.
Q. Why am I still below 100% if some categories are complete?
A. Your Overall Agentic Search Score depends on all categories together. One incomplete category, such as Brand Identity or Products, can keep the total below 100%.
Q. Do I need to keep checking Scoring?
A. Yes. The Scoring page is the best place to monitor your current percentage and see exactly which fields still need attention.
